• Main dish: Modern Quinoa Risotto: Tri-colored quinoa and Peruvian yellow chili risotto topped with a perfect sous vide poached egg.
• Dessert: Chirimoya and exotic fruits parfait: Have a taste of our best local fruits elegantly served as a parfait.
• Hot infusions

*All dishes are seasoned with Maras pink salt.

Vegetarian Options:

• Fish would be replaced with “Sweet cucumber”, a local fruit.
